On the surface, improving your posture and movement patterns means that you will improve your strength and mobility, reduce your symptoms of musculoskeletal pain and tension, all the systems in your body will function more harmoniously (they all reside inside your posture!) and you’ll sleep better.
However, and more importantly, posture exercises will help you get back to being YOU.
Through posture routines, I can help you eliminate the nagging fear that creeps in as muscle and joint pains increase. I know that pain is a real burden to carry, and that it only gets heavier the longer it continues.
Without pain and stiffness dragging you down, you can concentrate on simply enjoying and excelling at your sports and hobbies and, crucially, spending enjoyable, quality time with your friends and family, free from limitations.
If you let me, I will show you that your posture powers you, and you’ll unlock potential you’ve always had, but had maybe forgotten about or lost hope with ever getting back.
This is more than ‘just’ posture training and mindful movement; these are potent tools to take back control and powerfully position yourself into your most aligned life – physically & mentally.
You have it within you, you just need to be shown how to harness this superpower.

The biggest misconception about posture is that it’s about pulling your shoulders back and standing (or sitting) up rigid and straight. Ironically, this will make your posture worse.
Our posture is actually another word for our movement patterns, and the way we naturally hold ourselves is as a result of how fluidly our body moves.
By holding yourself artificially and stiffly, you’ll actually create more tension in your body and make your movement patterns (your posture) worse.
The only way you can create ‘good posture’ is by learning to move your body more, in ways it might have forgotten.
We don’t teach The Posture Squad members ‘how to sit’ or ‘how to stand’, we show them how to move better and help them to expose all the weak muscles and stiff joints in their body.
By gently restoring a full range of motion at each joint, our joints will balance out and ease, our muscles will relax any tension and we can live more freely and happily.
The premise of posture really is incredibly simple. We are primal human beings living completely un-human lives, and this disconnect creates a great many problems for our resilient bodies designed for a life of survival outdoors.
A regular posture practice helps you feel your best and thrive in our modern, un-human environment.

Posture gets you thinking and working like a mechanic. It breaks your movement patterns down into minute detail, and teaches you which muscles you should be feeling fire up and how you should be performing exercises (without compensation – cheating). It breeds a whole new level of body awareness.
We don’t focus on the areas of pain, we treat the body holistically and adopt more of an Eastern way of viewing pain and poor health: a symptom of system imbalance.
It’s for detail-orientated people, who love to learn about their body and want to do their best to fight against the inevitable physical and mental decline that will creep up on us if we don’t make the effort to look after our muscles throughout our life.
Posture doesn’t replace your much-loved exercise, it supports it, along with making everything else in your life easier, less worrisome and more fun. With better posture, comes a whole new quality of life.
Posture is the secret anti-aging movement weapon that most people are currently missing out on … it’s my mission to show you that you can feel at least 50% better than you do right now, regardless of your age and regardless of your starting point.
Ready to work hard, go to back to movement basics and have your preconceptions of pain and aging blown wide open? You’ve got a whole one month free trial waiting for you … so start changing your life today!
