Sciatic Pain? Try this 10 minute routine!
In this video I walk you through the classic Egoscue Method Sciatic sequence. There's 4 moves repeated 3 times which are normally very effective in reducing symptoms of sciatica.
Sciatica normally stems from a pelvis which has shifted into a position which irritates the sciatic nerve. If you change the position of the pelvis (what these moves are doing to you) you can take the pressure off your sciatic nerve and reduce the symptoms of pain.
N.B - Please listen to your body. I would expect that these exercises will be fine for most people but if anything makes you feel any worse, do not continue. It tells us something else needs to happen first to make your body more comfortable. Always listen to your body and never power through pain (hard work is great though!)
