1 hr Spinal Focus Posture Class
This is a live recording of my ‘Spinal Focus’ Online Posture Class from 09/4/20. You will need something to sit on which will keep your knees level out of your hips, with feet flat on the floor. You will also need something to put your feet over in the ‘Static Back’ position (if very tense in lower back) OR two yoga blocks/small piles of books for ‘Modified Floor Block’ position.
Please listen to your body when attempting these exercises – this is not catered towards your body and some things may not be suitable.
