NB – The first few minutes my head is a bit cut off because the camera was set up for the majority of exercises on the floor.
We go through hip mobilisation exercises all whilst allowing our spines and pelvis’ to relax off into extension. The beginning of the class should be suitable for most bodies (if you can lie prone on the floor) and the exercises get progressively harder, but should be ok for most bodies.
This is a recording of my Zoom Online Posture Class from 17/09/20. You will need a Yoga Strap (or similar), a Yoga Block (or similar) and a chunk of wall.
